Music07 is a multi-media hosting site. You can build albums (internet or private) of your songs, video and other content. You pick the topic, colleberators and web albumsaccess name ! People can view and subscribe to your albums with an optional mailing list. This site provides tools for building albums, tracking views and subscriptions.

Profiles are very important. There are lots of customization settings to configure your sites. Email address may be hidden or changed. The My Page and Artist's / Producers home page notebook tabs are the two major launching pads for the user, site creation and access buttons mentioned here. |

Everything has a picture associated with it: user & artist / producer profiles, songs, albums. songs and other medai may be used on a number of albums - so quality is important Links to other sites will be reviewed in the goal of keeping the site a premium quality viewing experience. Music, video, pictures & text media are streamed by the site. Other allowable media types are displayed as a link but may have the standard description and story. |

Ounce you select add media you will be asked to supply related information and then you can upload it to the site. This media goes into your own media area. Media can be revised or deleted at any time. You can preview your media in context with song and album pages as you go along... This media is your media however: if you specify this media to be sharable with your production group and another artist/producer sends you an invite to their group and you accept; this media will be available to them too for that group. Really what this means is that people can use your media (songs, video ..) on their albums if you accept unless when you turn it off to your production groups (so you retain control of your media). |

Albums may be public (on the internet) or private. You can associate groups, colleberators and people to an album. You can see the number of times your album or song is viewed or played. Albums can be based on a theme or topic. Invite people to contribute. When people accept your group invite and mark their media as "share media with my production group" = Y then you can use their media on your albums. However, the artist still can choose to not share it in the future and retains the rights |

People that are not artists or producers can still participate in albums, groups, blogging, 5 star rating, private messaging, subscriptions and favorites.
Subscriptions with an optional mailing list are a way people can stay in touch with albums and artists. Artists/producers and also charge a fee for their subscriptions. Developing content takes time, talent and resources ! So some may wish to charge for the service by offering subscriptions. In the future there could be banner advertising related to a specific album. For example, if the album is about railroads, maybe related museums and businesses could have links on that particular album.
